When: Wednesday, November 24th,
3 pm start, arrive earlier, by 2:30/ 2:45 to make up teams

Where: Staples Pool

Until When: We will play until 5:30 pm, depending on numbers

What should you do? : Come and play Water Polo!!!

Medical forms due

All athletes must have medical forms submitted before the first official practice Monday, November 29.The Staples policy prohibits participation from anyone who does not have official documentation on file. Please see the Staples website for information about forms, and submit them to the school nurse.

Captains’ Practices Start Nov. 9

Captains’ practices will begin Tuesday, November 9, 6 pm, at the Staples pool. Practices will be held from 6 pm to 7:15 pm every Tuesday and Thursday and and 7 pm to 8:15 pm Wednesdays until the Thanksgiving break. All swimmers must bring a jammer or Speedo, a water bottle, and goggles. Everyone is strongly encouraged to attend these important pre-season sessions.

Official practices start Monday, November 29. Tryouts will be held during the first week; time trials are on Friday, December 3.
